I also love being a therapist and supervising other therapists. Get support with particular people or families you are providing therapy for, as well as for your own growth and development.
My Approach
I operate from an anti-oppression and health liberation framework in which identity and culture are critical to our explorations of self and other.
Just as in my therapy work, we’ll team up to combine my experience with your innate wisdom and training. A few of the main frameworks I’m informed by are psychodynamic theory, trauma and attachment, polyvagal theory, family and systems approaches, and CBT/DBT. I’ve supervised folks with varying licenses in intensive home and community-based work, outpatient practices, as well as residential and hospital settings.
